Maybe pregnant again?

So I haven’t gotten my period back yet but yesterday I had some spotting that went away after a few hours and hasn’t returned. Than this morning I puked out of no where. I’ve also had a metallic taste in my mouth last few days and didn’t think anything of it but when I looked back at my ttc logs I had a metallic taste in my mouth noted a week before my first bfp with my son 😳 I know I should test but honestly I’m scared and its hard to get to the store with the pandemic.
