Plan b post partum

How soon is it safe to take a plan b after a csection or does it matter? I had sex yesterday five weeks and a couple days post partum, few days early I felt it was fine I am very well healed. That said ofcourse my luck condom broke right after I had a baby. I haven't gotten my IUD which I will be using from now on quite yet, I have had my first period post partum already though despite breast feeding so I am assuming I could get pregnant. Is it safe to take morning after pill post partum and while breast feeding??? Thanks anyone with any knowledge!
