My son is showing many, many signs of autism. He is 20 months old. I won’t go into all the signs, but it’s pretty much all of them.

I am having horrible anxiety. I cry all day long.

My son does not do repetitive things, he has excellent eye contact, and he laughs and is happy. Therefore, my husband thinks I am crazy to think our son has autism. But I am sure he does. My husband thinks just because our son makes eye contact, it’s impossible.

I told my husband I want to get him evaluated, and he got so mad. He doesn’t want to hear any of it. I am going to get him evaluated, but I need his support. Has anyone else been in this situation?? I point out all the signs but my husband doesn’t want to hear it.
