Miscarried but could I still be pregnant?! Help

Ok so I found out I was pregnant two weeks ago and last Tuesday I went to the docs for my first app and the positive test was faint and I knew something was wrong. I then done three tests the next day and they were definitely negative and I knew from then what was going to come. I woke up to blood the next day and was bleeding heavily until today, I had cramps, big clots and now I don’t feel pregnant. My doctor asked that I do another test today since it’s been a week since I got the negative and this is what happened, the most positive I’ve ever gotten on a test. The first one I done was faint compared to this, now I’m worried Incase it could of been a multiple pregnancy and one just miscarried. Help please what do I do?
