Bottle Feeding Issues

Hello. My 7 week old son won't take a bottle. He had been eating out of a bottle once a day at about 4 weeks getting him ready when my maternity leave is over. I nurse him all other times. I'm supposed to go back to work next week after Memorial Day. All of a sudden around 5 and a half weeks it's like he forgot how to drink from a bottle. Doesn't latch onto it and acts like he's gagging. I'm extremely nervous to take him to daycare because what if our provider can't get him to eat? I'm just so uncomfortable with the whole situation. What do I do? Any tips to get him to take a bottle? HELP!
