Restrictions while pregnant

Hey y’all, I started a new job at 10 weeks pregnant and due to the chemicals we used and the lifting and bending we had to do, I felt like I had to let my employer know that I am pregnant. Once I told her, she asked me to have my doctor writing a note stating I have no restrictions, but unfortunately she sent a note stating I can’t I can’t lift or pull anything more than 25 lbs.. so now I’m jobless once again.. idk if I should be kicking myself in the ass for telling her, but at the same time, I didn’t want to live with regret if something did happen to my baby all because I fail to let them know. Btw, I worked as a housekeeper.
