37 weeks pregnant am I going in labor?

I had 3 loose bowl movements today (never happened before) I’m also having really bad back pain and i recently started cramping tonight  . Could it be labor?

If the cramping becomes consistent, it could be. However, lots of mamas experience those symptoms in the last weeks of pregnancy

Definitely! Watch for those cramps if they continue for more than an hour and are regular. If you meet consistency and a good length of time then I would head to L&D.
