When did you stop using baby monitor?

At what age did you let your child sleep in their own room without a baby monitor on them?

My daughter will be 3.5 in August & just 2 weeks ago I finally unplugged the monitor & put it away, I’d had the sound turned off for almost a year, our bedroom is right next to hers, & my husband said he always hears her when she wakes up (I wear ear plugs because my husband & pug snore :) She’s a good sleeper & as of yet is not one to wake up scared calling for us, her room is completely child proofed too

When my sons broke around 3 years old. Now my daughters broke, she’s 2 but she’s still in a crib. When i get her into a toddler bed I’ll have to get another one

Personally I feel like many factors play a role in this like is the child's bedroom right next to you or across the house, or is the room upstairs (even if my bedroom was upstairs I'd still probably keep a monitor longer).
