Abit stuck and need advice x

Hi ladies, I suffered a MC almost 4 weeks ago (blighted ovum) I’ve been tracking using my bbt and have ovulated on the 6/5, my temps are still high, as shown below, I’m currently 15DPO and test came back negative.. am I really out for the month or? Any advice would be appreciated xx
