How did you stopped trying?

So me and husband are TTC for over a year. I always read here how when you stop trying its when it happens..so what happened that you stopped trying? And how long were you when you stopped? Looking for any advice..I want to stop trying cuz all this ttc is making my life miserable

Delete the app, stop tracking, and just have fun. It is tiring getting negatives after negatives each month, it’s so draining and honestly I don’t think it’s healthy. I’m in the same boat as you and it’s mentally exhausting.

I would say not stressing helps, but getting checked with an OBGYN might also be helpful. I thought it was my fault for stressing, but had an ultrasound at 11 mos from trying and they found a 14.5 cm fibroid on an ovary and a cyst on the other. Any pregnancy would have been a miscarriage. Anyway, if you have any extreme pain or large clots, get checked out.

Yup both times for me when I stopped trying that’s when I conceived. Both me and my fiancé just had sex when we felt up to it, no ovulation tests, no tracking CM ect nothing... and, boom pregnant!

We stopped trying and it happened. We just got really tired of all the negatives. So, I stopped tracking my ovulation and BBT and I stopped testing for any faint lines. We had sex when we were in the mood and next thing I knew, AF never showed and we got our first BFP. 
I was tracking for 10 months. It was stressful. The month I stopped tracking and wasn't thinking about it was when it happened. I think at a certain point, you just get to the mindset of if it happens it happens. In other words, you get frustrated and tired of peeing on sticks, scheduling when to baby dance, waking up at the same time every day to take your BBT like... it's just exhausting. It was nice to just... not think of any of that and just dive in bed with my partner because we wanted each other and not because a positive OPK told us we needed to within twenty four hours or else the window would close. And testing early and staring at tests for the faintest of lines is the worse torture I put myself through. The month I got my BFP, I didn't test till AF was late. It was worth it.
