... is hard. No matter what the season is.โฃ

Changing body from pregnancy (during or after).โฃ

Changing unhealthy habits to healthier ones.โฃ

Changing negative thought patterns to positive.โฃ

Changing jobs.โฃ

Changing homes.โฃ

Changing routines.โฃ

Change... itโ€™s all weird, and frustrating, and hard...โฃ

But it can also be new, and fun, and exciting.โฃ๐Ÿคฉ

Today I did a workout with 20 โ€œnewโ€ lbs. I havenโ€™t weighed this since my last pregnancy... itโ€™s hard. Mentally and physically. The new slow down, the new modifications, the new fatigue, motion limitations, new routines, new mindset. It reminds me so much of my day 1, 5 years ago. ๐—œ๐—ง๐—ฆ ๐—›๐—”๐—ฅ๐——!โฃ

I had to ๐˜ง๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ฑ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ด๐˜ธ๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜ค๐˜ฉ! I take care of me everyday! Yes Iโ€™m fit, I do fitness daily. Yes Iโ€™m healthy, I eat that way. Yes Iโ€™m petite, kinda born like this. Iโ€™m still allowed to ๐˜ง๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ง๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ๐˜ด and it Doesnโ€™t change the fact that ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผโฃ

๐˜Š๐˜๐˜ˆ๐˜•๐˜Ž๐˜Œ ๐˜๐˜š ๐˜๐˜ˆ๐˜™๐˜‹! ๐—ฃ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ฑ. No matter where you start from.
