Changing jobs.โฃ

Changing routines.โฃ
Change... itโs all weird, and frustrating, and hard...โฃ

But it can also be new, and fun, and exciting.โฃ๐คฉ

Today I did a workout with 20 โnewโ lbs. I havenโt weighed this since my last pregnancy... itโs hard. Mentally and physically. The new slow down, the new modifications, the new fatigue, motion limitations, new routines, new mindset. It reminds me so much of my day 1, 5 years ago. ๐๐ง๐ฆ ๐๐๐ฅ๐!โฃ

I had to ๐ง๐ญ๐ช๐ฑ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ด๐ธ๐ช๐ต๐ค๐ฉ! I take care of me everyday! Yes Iโm fit, I do fitness daily. Yes Iโm healthy, I eat that way. Yes Iโm petite, kinda born like this. Iโm still allowed to ๐ง๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ญ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ง๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ญ๐ด and it Doesnโt change the fact that ๐๐ผโฃ

๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐! ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐ฑ. No matter where you start from. And while Iโm not used to this current season, Iโll keep pushing forward. ๐๐ผ Iโm ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฃ๐ณ๐ข๐ค๐ช๐ฏ๐จ the new, ๐ค๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐จ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ myself to grow ๐ต๐ฉ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ถ๐จ๐ฉ it, and just ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐บ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐๐.
