I don’t know if I’ve had a miscarriage?

Hi everyone I’m in need of a bit of advice so basically Sunday afternoon I had abit of blood so I’ve just put a pad on and I just thought I was obviously starting my period so I put a pad on and carried on doing what I was doing and then like 10 minutes later I was in so much pain and then I’ve gone to the toilet and it felt like something was blocking me from having a wee so then I’ve pushed and it felt like something came out I don’t know what it was because I couldn’t see it it just went all the way down the toilet so then after I was just bleeding for at least 20 minutes and then obviously I’ve rung the doctors and explained everything to them they was going to get me an emergency scan but then they said they couldn’t because of what’s going on so then he told me to take a test the next day so then that’s what I’ve done it brought up positive so then I rang the doctors back and told them and they said that I’ve got a leave it another week or 2 to check again see if it says positive so obviously I’ve just got a wait now but I’m I’m really nervous because I don’t know what’s going off I’m kind of scared because of my recent pregnancy I had my son at 21 weeks and six days and he passed away and then like six months after I fell pregnant with my daughter but she came like five weeks early everything is fine with her and that that I just don’t know I just need a little bit of advice in case anyone’s been through this I don’t know if it’s a miscarriage because I’ve never had one before so just needed a bit of advice please!
