Any hope for a BFP???

So according to the app AF is 2 days late. I took a first response pregnancy test yesterday and BFN. Is there any hope that I’ll still get a BFP?? I’ve had cramping on and off with a weird occasional sharp pain on my right side. And my boobs are tender.
