It doesn’t have to cost thousands of dollars and life savings to put towards a ring and wedding ceremony. There’s never gonna be a right time for this or that. If someone wants it, they’ll work towards it and make it happen!

Listen. My now husband proposed to me in 2017. It took 2 years, 3 wedding dates and 2 breakups/broken engagements, lots of therapy for him to get there. Some people need more time. Some people have reaaall commitment issues that are coming from a hard past. My husband after we got married explained to me the fight he had inside of him for 2 years and it took him a lot and its not because he didnt love me. He said that now that its all done and were happily married he wouldnt change it for the world so... people are wired different and you cant judge them for their fears.
