Is it too soon?? Possibility ?

Hey! So my boyfriend and I have been trying for some time now my cycle was due to start yesterday, (yes super early I know) still dry as a bone usually I’m starting like clockwork. I have been having these terrible migraines on the left side, the last few days I experienced cramps and lower back pain, nausea, I vomit here and there today, yesterday and the day before my boobs aren’t really much different to me. From time to time I am feeling like a tingly sensation in each breast. The other night in bed my boyfriend actually looked down at my boob strange and started to suck on it as if he expected something lol 😂 yeah weird huh? I thought the same..BUT PLEASE LADIES YOUR THOUGHTS. Thank you ☺️
