DPO 12 BFN! Could I still be pregnant ??

Hello.

I’ve been TTC for 7-8 months now for #2. This is the first cycle that I’ve been tacking my ovulation. On DPO 5-6-7 I had what I assume implantation bleeding. TMI❗️ Pinkish brown discharge followed by dark red spot bleeding when wiped. I don’t usually have mid cycle bleeds so it was odd. Today is dpo 12 and I’ve done a test. BFN! Did anyone get a bpn dpo 12 but then got a bfp afterwards? I have been experiencing some pregnancy symptoms ( visible veins on breast, bloating, dizzyness, slight cramping, constipation, headaches)
