Opinion please 😫

I have been spotting over the last few days but today it has picked up to bright red not filling up a pad but just lightly there. But still like a period I’d say. I should be about 5 weeks 6 days, I got my blood work done Tuesday and again today and they have gone up. I called my doctors office and she will let the obs know tomorrow and see what they think. I hope it’s not another miscarriage but hopefully can get some answers soon, these are the photos of my blood work,
