I need some help

So every time I go to a doctor appointment my stomach hurts the rest of the day, it feels bruised in a way and then it goes away. Is it because my doctor is being to aggressive when he’s checking the baby or am just crazy? I barely touched the counter recently and it hurt and made me drop what was in my hands. I really need to know if it’s normal.
