Does your baby reach for you/to be picked up?

My baby reaches for toys and objects but has never held her arms out for me or her Daddy. Is this developmentally normal??

He just started to do this over the past few days! So cute!

If I reach for him he'll lift his arms, but he doesn't necessarily reach for me. He's starting to reach for me un-prompted more often, but up to this point it was pretty non-existent.

Sometimes. If she is really excited to see someone she will throw her hands up and toward them almost signaling she wants them to pick her up.
