Sleep Training Not Working 😫

Ok so I probably haven't been extremely consistent, but that is because she screams about 2 minutes after I lay her down and WILL NOT STOP. I leave for a few moments come back check on her give her some love and she still is screaming the whole time. I repeat a few more times. But she gets to the point where she is sweating, gagging about to throw up, cant catch her breath and I just give in. Because I cant just see her like that. She just wants mommy. She has slept on me since day one. I have a 10 year old that I didn't have this problem with because she slept in a crib next to me from day one. But with this baby I got so attached and my friend lost her infant so I just couldn't put her down. Now I feel like I messed up by doing this and she is too big to be sleeping on me and I need her to be able to sleep in her crib. Also I feel like it is negatively affecting my relationship. I wish I could cuddle her forever, let her sleep with me forever, but its time to let her learn it is ok to sleep without me.
