Did any of you have any weird symptoms after ovulation?

I took clomid cd 5-9 and I'm currently 7 dpo. I know it's to early for implantation. But the past couple days I've been super emotional and I have had alot of dull cramping or cramps on either side where my ovaries are. Has anyone had any weird symptoms after clomid/ovulation and it lead to a bfp?

I’ve heard the mild cramping is the formation of the corpus luteum to help thicken the lining and if you’ve conceived to nourish the embryo. its pumping out hormones. Does not probably indicate pregnancy although when I was pregnant I had that feeling each day before I tested positive so if anything it’s a good sign things are working correctly
