Is this an early pregnancy or just in my head?

Hi loves! So 4-6 weeks ago my boyfriend of 4 years and I last were intimate, and he did pull out.. however I was told it is possible by a low chance to still get pregnant whether it be from pre cum or just not pulling out fast enough.. today I felt a-little nauseous as well as, the past 2 days my stomach has felt weird and tingly inside if that makes sense.. and a week ago I had really bad pressure feeling like pains in my pelvis.. I won’t be able to get my hands on a test anytime soon therefore, I was wondering on any advice or if any one else has had this same experience and how it turned out!
