Birth control

Ok guys I’ve had a baby and I’m 15, I know I’ll get hate but I need to decide on a birth control because my parents are making me, i obviously understand why even tho I don’t want to have sex for a very long time either way i want an IUD and I understand that it is painful but I went through 15 hours of labor without ANY drugs so I think I’d be okay, I also want to control my periods but want a non hormonal one bc I don’t want to gain weight, and suggestions or other methods of BC other than the pill that might interest me
