Discharge or...?

So recently i've been noticing that there's brown stuff in my underwear. It happens any time that's not around my period. It happens to every pair of underwear i have. Just a brown spot right there. Is it health related? Am i not cleaning myself properly? Am i pregnant?

I've been having an irregular period since i started my period about three or four years ago.
