Hair loss after miscarriage
Man y’all, as if losing a baby isn’t hard enough, now I have to lose all my hair?? I went to a dermatologist as they diagnosed me with telogen effluvium, has anyone else delt with this and have any pointers on what helped them? Or have any tips on how to get through it mentally? I’m 24 and have probably lost 40% of my hair 😩
