Discharge question

I read that having discharge close to your period could be a sign of early pregnancy... which I have been having the 4-5 days which is very rare for me. But then this morning when I peed there was a very dark brown discharge when I wiped... should I accept that this is the beginning of my period? It’s supposed to come tomorrow.

I know I could just take a test or wait till tomorrow to see if it comes. But sometimes it’s nicer to talk to other people about it.
