Losing weight & lighter periods??
Hello ladies!
Since late February I have been working out and eating healthier to try and lose weight. Over the last month I have really kicked it up and have lost the most weight and have been working out everyday. I noticed this month my period has been lighter than normal. My periods only last 3 maybe 4 days in general but the first two days are always the heaviest. I noticed with this period I only really bled for one day and by day two I was bleeding pretty light through out the day. Day 1 and 2 I did have normal blood clots when I went to the bathroom but by mid day of day 2 I wasn’t really bleeding. Could changing my exercise and diet changes cause this? I read online there is a chance it could but I was wondering if any of you ladies have experienced this?
