Crawling questions

Ok mama's my LO is 7 months and still hates tummy time so its affecting her learning to crawl. She rolls over, stands up, sits up partially unassisted. But she won't stop crying long enough to try to start moving around on her tummy or get up on her hands and knees. I honestly feel like we forced her on her tummy to early and she's just absolutely against it. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?

I will note, she was recently diagnosed with far sightedness and just got glasses, which don't stay on well and she's still getting used to them.

Please help, anyone else have a LO do this- how did it change, did they crawl etc??
