So after baby I’m trying to decide when would be the ideal time frame to start working again any suggestions ?

I get 4-6 weeks off then I have to return to work.

I am taking 10-12 months off. I plan to begin looking for work at the 10 month mark. 
I want to wait that long because I dont really feel comfortable putting my baby in daycare at a very young age.. I think a year is still too young but considering our financial situation, a year is all we can manage

Totally wish I had an option! Maximum I can take is 12 weeks but I’m only taking 10. 😕
