Hi, call your OB or go to urgent care. Cramping with bleeding is always always a reason to go in. Every dr. , book, app, says that so get to your dr. Asap. Yes there could be a multitude of reasons but honestly why not be sure?

I dont believe so. Not dark enough to be a period. Cramping is caused by a multitude of things, implantation can cause spotting. How long has this been happening? And is it just when you wipe?
