Take action pill???

I had unprotected sex on Monday and took a take action pill about 12 hours later. I’ve read that the pill is not effective after ovulation and the app puts my ovulation at about last Wednesday. Im also overweight and I’ve heard that this makes the pill less effective? Period is due in 3 days. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and I thought I could see a faint line but it was a blue dye test so I wasn’t 100% sure that the line was really there. Is there a chance that I’m pregnant or is this all in my head?
