Can this mean I’m possibly pregnant ?

My husband and I had sex on the 3rd and 4th and a couple other days but I didn’t log it. I was supposed to get my period on the 15th and i am 7 days late as of today. I had extremely light spotting last week (it was one wipe of pink and it was gone). I’ve taken tests and they’re negative. Is there a possibility I am pregnant?

If you're 7 days late with negatives it's not likely. But not impossible. You could have also ovulated late if you're not tracking. The opk you posted is negative also you can't use them to test for pregnancy they're not meant for HCG. However I see a lot of women, and I tried it myself, get a BLAZING, dye stealing positive OPK when they are pregnant. 
I'd take another test in the morning and if it's still negative see if your doctor will see you to test blood just in case, otherwise wait out your period.

If you're not tracking the pink spotting last week could have been ovulation happening a bit later than usual?
