I have a bump above my lip?

So about a week ago I got this bump on the corner of my upper lip and it seemed like nothing.

Fast forward to now. It’s painful whenever I touch it and it’s gotten larger. I don’t know what it is because I literally COULD NOT see it until recently. It’s now showing up a little when I irritate it but it’s kinda hidden underneath by this scar I have.

It’s like this bump is hiding under the surface of my skin but I can feel it and stuff.

I don’t think it’s a pimple because I never get pimples that feel this large and especially in this area of my face? Like this feels like something else but I don’t know what it is.

TO AVOID CONFUSION please note that the solid red color above my lip is not it, that’s something that has been on my face for years and I consider it a scar.

The arrow is pointing to this bump that looks like it’s plotting its escape to break out onto my skin, except I truly do not think this is acne, or the typical small bumps that I get on my forehead.

Any ideas of what this could be?

I don’t think it’s a cold sore because I haven’t been kissing anyone so
