No matter what time my daughter goes to sleep she wakes up at exactly 6am, so I feel you. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Follow wake times ! My little is on one nap now ... 7am wake, noon nap-2pm, bedtime 6:45/7. If baby is waking early try to slowly adjust. Rock baby is darkness for another hour and maybe they will fall back asleep . Keep adjusting until you reach your wake time. If my little woke at 5 I would probably keep in dark and rock for another 30mins to see if they’ll sleep . If not wake up.

My 13 month old goes to bed at 5:30 and my 2 year old goes down at 8pm

5-5:30 wakes for the past 4 months 🤦‍♀️ have gotten a couple 6 am wakes the last couple weeks when switching to a set schedule. Nap at 11 bedtime at 7.

My babe goes to bed at 5:30 and sleeps till 5:30am that’s when we get up for work so it works well for us I would like to get her down a little later but she’s very set in her ways

My son usually falls asleep by 830 and wakes up around 7 recently. Usually sleeps from 8-8

We are working with the taking cara babies sleep training system, and going with 7-8pm for bedtime. It tends to be closer to 8. He has been very consistent waking up 7-7:15am. We are only a week in, so it could change, but it seems solid so far.
