Refusing bottles, What to do ?

My son just turned 8 months. He has been eating solids for a while now. He does 4x solids a day breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner. He’s doing great with eating his food! He’s is now just refusing bottles. He was drinking 5oz every 3hrs. This past week he has been pushing bottles away. I’m lucky if I get him to drink at least 15oz a day. He doesn’t wake up in the middle of the night to eat. I've even tried making sure he finishes a bottle before giving him a solid but it just doesn't seem to work. He will fight me and refuse it no matter how many hours pass.

He's not fussy or anything like that so I don't think anything is bothering me. I just got his ears checked to make sure he didn't have an ear infection. I thought maybe it was bothering him to swallow but everything is fine.

Should I keep pushing him to takes bottles?

Is he okay will only drinking 15oz a day (if that)?

We are working with him drinking water from a sippy cup he doesn’t care for but I’m still trying, but will he get dehydrated without the bottle since he’s not drinking much?
