So, my significant other and I have been trying to get pregnant since April 7th. We had sex every other day during my fertility window. Both months I have recieved negative tests and heavy flowed periods. I normally never have cramps but I've been having cramps and the flow is really heavy. I am trying to set up an appointment with my gyno, but that is hard with Covid-19 right now. I'm at a loss and currently heart broken. Any advice?
