SPD ?!

Question

Anybody experiencing SPD ?! I’m 29 weeks pregnant and I feel like that’s what’s been wrong now that I read a little bit on it this has been going on for months for me this is my 3rd pregnancy and my last two are back to back maybe that’s why and I’m so little but what can I do about this ?! Can you guys give me more info on the subject ?! How to I go about the situation to my doctor ?! Because I hate it here 😩

You can tell you have spd if you cant roll over in bed with out alot alot of pain

You could try a  band to hold up the weight but it didn't work for me I just got to get through  it

Definitely go see a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor issues. It's a life saver! It may not make the problem completely disappear, but can provide a world of relief until your body tightens up your joints again. You don't have to suffer.

I’m dealing with the same thing! Stretch extensively and try a few pillows in between your legs at night to help loosen everything up. That’s the little advice I have that had helped me some
