Whooping cough vaccine - 32 weeks

Had my vaccine quite late as due to the covid situation it was hard for me to arrange it ... anyway had it Friday and since I’ve had it it’s really inflamed and itchy and the patch just keeps getting bigger and really itchy ! I know it’s normal for a bit of redness with vaccines ! Just a bit worried as theres heat coming from it ! Is this normal ? Thankyou ! ( photo doesn’t seem to be that bad but it is very red and all the red part has risen ) ( first photo is from Friday night then second photo is from yesterday and last photo is today )
