No and it is a fabulous name! I named my baby boy Maverick and we don’t know anyone else with that name. Everyone loves it!

I don't know anyone named Maverick, but also, who cares if it's popular? Pick a name you love, not just one you think is uncommon. My mom picked Ashley because it wasn't a common name before I was born. The year I was born, it jumped into the top 10. I'm still just fine ☺️

My sons name is maverick and I hadn’t heard of any others besides top gun and I now I o my know 1, my neighbor down the street just named their son maverick.

It's not popular where I am. I've never met another one but I'm in England uk 🇬🇧 so don't know how popular it is elsewhere. It's was a name I suggested to my husband though so may be getting more used as never thought of it with any of my other children
