I'm 21 soon to be 22 in july my husband is 22 almost 23 in August. We really want to get a house but know we'll need money for closing cost, down payment and whatever else. I stay in Houston, Tx and want to know if anyone knows any good loan places/people or someone that can tell us how much to save, how much we can get approved for and such for first time buyers or anything? My husband has credit I think almost in the 700s I don't have any though.
