Why do my hips hurt

I am 32 years old I have had one daughter so I know I'm not growing and I have had a child but the last couple days my hips hurt like growing pains anyone know why?

Just age? Or maybe something is irritating your body, I'm 22 and i have hip problems and its been since i was a teen. Doctors have no explanation or reasons to worry so it was never looked deeply into and i was just given tips of stretches to do to help. I mean thankfully it isnt a consistent pain anymore and comes and goes but it is inconvenient when it starts hurting when i am in the middle of walking especially in public
