Anyone else baby have full blown tantrums when being changed? HELP!

Could use any tips!!! We have tried 
-changing on the floor
-giving him something to distract (doesn’t work very long)
-having two of us: one to change, one to distract 
He just HATES it!

Same here! 😫 I don’t mean to be dramatic but it’s very mentally and physically taxing.  Especially when you add in sunblock! It’s the hardest part of parenting right now.
I’m wish I had more advice, but I just want you to know your not alone! I hope it passes for us soon.

Standing up? I do the most standing up if its a big poo distraction just to get napoy off and wipe the big bits then back to standing up they are sooo full on now lol!! Xx

Ours doesn’t like the diaper changes now either. Like some have said, we try to do it standing up every once in awhile but then he tries to run away. 😂
The one thing that works more often than not is giving him his glow worm. Remember that toy from the ‘80s that has the glowing face and lullabies? He LOVES it. So we give him that and usually that keeps him happy while we do a quick change.

I get my 13 month old to help? Taught her how to  put her own arms into her vests and tshirts, and lift her legs into her trousers? She loves helping to put her shoes on etc. Try to make it into a game? I know it can be stressful, but sing a song, kiss their toes, blow on their belly, anything to get them laughing. 
Keep giving instructions, they will soon learn - head in here please, one arm here, now the other arm please etc. 
Don’t get me wrong, there are some days I have to chase her down because she has rolled over and ran away! But keep it lighthearted, dont give them an excuse to have a meltdown!

I have learned how to do it sitting down! Standing up is a little harder for me... but yes, screaming and crawling away the entire time 😭
