constipated.
I have been constipated since thursday, now monday. I eat lots of fibre and always do over 10,000 steps a day. I drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit and veg and have a very balanced diet, I’ve always been through different stages with my poop, sometimes I go twice a day which is rare and sometimes I go once/twice a week.
Oh how I envy people who go every day 😫
