Positive for preterm labor!!

Hey ladies! I’ve been in the hospital since I was 28 weeks because I tested positive for Preterm Labor & I was also 4 1/2 cm dilated 90% effaced. I will be 31 weeks this Thursday 💖 Has anyone been in my predicament & if so, how long before you actually gave birth?
