Period and pregs ?

Question

Can you bleed like a period when ur pregnant every month on the same day? Or is google fucking with me 
I've had my period each month same week and same length (2-3 days ) first day is the heaviest needs pad, I have clots and it's gel like 
Second day needs pad again 
3 day still pad but much lighter barley nothing
Comes each month same time. And I havent had sex since. He came inside me 5 months ago and I took plan b. I have no bigger breasts or baby belly of any kind 
Am I ok??? I think so right ?? Google stories of women not knowing their pregs is freaking me out
* how do I know it's not like pregnancy blood*?

Literally currently going through the same thing. My period these past two months have been 7-8 days of bleeding with clots and cramps and I even took pregnancy tests bc I was freaking out. 
I had a check up with my doctor two days ago and he reassured me that you can have spotting randomly throughout early pregnancy but period like blood (I.e. your period!) means you are not pregnant because a pregnancy could not survive that much blood loss. 
just go back to the facts when you freak out. You got your period, you are not pregnant!
