I’ve never I mean never had a bloody nose. I woke up today to some blood.

The last time I had a random bloody nose had to have been when I was like 12. That changed when I got pregnant. My nose was so congested the whole time and I got a bloody nose almost every morning.

One of my first signs was blood when I blew my nose. That never happens to me so I thought it was strange, I didn’t realize at the time but it was a symptom of pregnancy. My OB said that during pregnancy your blood is pumping quicker and your blood vessels are larger and more sensitive so bloody noses/bloody nose blows can be very normal in pregnancy.

It can be, I’ve been having nose bleeds since being pregnant but never had them before. But it can also just be something else. One thing has sooooo many symptoms which sucks and makes it hard to track symptoms. I would say wait a couldn’t more days until your 12DPO and then test good luck
