The doctor didnt comment on this. 9 weeks. Realized after back home. First upper one theres a baby with heartbeat. Second opaque circle, any differential guys? Or is it twins?

I can see one clear sac and baby. I see what you mean about there being a couple of darker areas below that, but I’m sure the doctor would’ve said if there was another baby, and you should definitely be able to aee that by 9 weeks.
