17 & Pregnant. Pls reply!!

Hey guys . Im honestly just coming here for advice and support because I have to get this off my chest. I dont have anyone else I can talk to & I already told my bestfriend and boyfriend. Im 17 & just found out tonight at 1 am that I am pregnant. I cannot tell my family yet because im just not ready and I know my moms going to flip out. Im so emotional and scared and im feeling all these emotions I never knew I could feel. On top of that im exhausted and nauseous as heck. I dont know what to do from here . I dont even think I can go to the doctors to confirm anything and get the help I need since I am not 18 and not ready to tell my parents. What do I do? Any teen moms that can give advice? Please yall 😭❤️
