Possible Cholestasis?

Hello ladies! I’m 28 weeks into my second pregnancy and for the past month or so, I’ve had severe itching on the bottom of my feet that wakes me up and keeps me awake overnight. Last night, I experienced the itching on my hands too. 😫😭

Last pregnancy, my OB did the cholestasis blood test and he said I didn’t have it.

Has anyone had cholestasis during one pregnancy, but not in another? I see him tomorrow so I’ll mention it, but I find it weird that I only seem to notice it at night.
