Moving 2 and a half hours away thoughts

So, my husband currently works only 3 minutes from our house now, but our house is too small. We currently have a 3 almost 4 year old and a 1 almost 2 year old and I'm pregnant with our last baby.

My husband texted me today asking how would I feel about moving due to a job offer from a different branch but with the same company.

He would get double pay what he makes now.

My only set back is my kids and my family, I currently live only 15 mins from my mom and we go see her like every weekend or try to.

My mom has bad health problems I have always helped her since I moved out at 18.

That would be my only thing for moving that far away. Plus I dont know anyone there or anything. I dont know.
